Artistic Composition with Steve Huston (2-day) Live Online Workshop
This is an online workshop that will stream live May 23 and 24 but will also be archived and available for students for one full year.
In this long awaited online workshop, world-renowned artist Steve Huston will finally break down the elements of artistic composition for use in fine art, entertainment art, illustration, photography, cinematography and more. Steve will draw on the master artists of the past and present to analyze their use of composition for the purposes of aesthetics, artistic meaning, and effective storytelling.

understanding compositional choices
I am beginning to understand composition and the nature of com-positional choices, that artists make in relation to stories. Only now, am I beginning to understand composition after beginning my career as a fledgling storyboard artist.
There is seemingly, so much to consider when creating a composition, in a panel for story or a painting. I am only know, after taking this class, beginning to really understand and grapple with that knowledge.
